Meet the members of the Bulldog Nation Foundation:

Jonathan Feryance

BNF President

Jonathan is currently a Project Manager Technical Lead for FIS and has worked with this company for 24 years.  Jonathan has been active serving his community in a variety of settings:  the D118 School Board (formerly Secretary, Board President, currently Board Member), Boy Scout Troop 309 (currently Committee Chair) and the Wauconda Lions Club (past Director, currently Vice President), past involvement with D118 PTO (formerly Vice President), and he currently serves as the President of the Bulldog Nation Foundation (since 2019). 

Vincent Torossy

BNF Vice President

Vincent currently serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for Bulldog Nation Foundation (BNF). Vincent is currently a landscape construction project manager. Vincent’s professional background includes event and hospitality management,  commercial real estate management within the Chicago’s downtown loop, as well as large scale facilities management. Vincent currently resides in Wauconda, where he was raised and attended Wauconda Community Unit School District for his K-12 education, graduating in 2011.

Vincent holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and an MBA, with a concentration in finance from Loyola University Chicago. Vincent is currently serving a 4 year term as a D118 Board of Education member. Through his own personal experiences as a student within the Wauconda School District, along with experience gained beyond D118 he hopes to best serve the students BNF strives to benefit. Vincent takes great pride in being an active member of his community, along with being active within the Wauconda School District and hopes to make a positive impact by instilling a sense of pride and community engagement within D118’s current and future high school students, while working along with other members of BNF and D118 communities  to provide the necessary resources to make a positive impact.

Cameron Willis

BNF Treasurer

Cameron Willis serves as Treasurer for the Bulldog Nation Foundation.  Mr. Willis has 23 years of experience in education, with the past 15 years working for Wauconda CUSD 118 in various leadership positions; Principal (2007 – 2015), Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources (2015-2020) and his current role, Assistant Superintendent of Business Services/CSBO (2020-present). Cameron completed his undergraduate degree at Illinois State University, received his Masters in Educational Leadership and Chief School Business Official licensure from Nothern Illinois University, and is currently working on completing his Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership from National Louis University.  Mr. Willis has twins who are 16 years old and has been married to Stacey for over 21 years.  Cameron enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching sports.

David Wilm

Board Member

Dr. David WIlm is a lifelong teacher, learner, and leader. During Dr. Wilm’s career in education, he has served in a variety of roles, most recently as Superintendent of Schools for Wauconda CUSD 118. Dr. Wilm has also served as a teacher and coach for 9 years before moving into school administration in D118.  Dr. Wilm served as principal at Wauconda Middle School, was selected as the first principal of Matthews Middle School, and moved into the role Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum & Instruction before moving into his current position. David has earned several degrees, including his undergraduate degree and master’s degree from Eastern Illinois University and his doctoral degree from National-Louis University. Dr. Wilm has three adult children and has been married to Lisa for over 30 years. In his spare time, David enjoys playing sports and attending concerts and a variety of performing arts.
